Each facade of the building is uniquely designed to respond to its orientation and surrounding environment. The north facade functions as a visual display of the interior activities towards the M40 motorway, utilizing a minimal glass wall and a prominent cantilevered cornice roof.
In contrast, the east facade presents a formal appearance with pre-cast concrete brise-soleils that serve to mitigate solar heat while providing a shaded walkway. The south facade highlights the main entrance with an overhang that offers both a welcoming executive drop-off and effective sun protection. Meanwhile, the west facade is set back to allow for a spacious outdoor recreational area, equipped with a protective metal mesh to shield against the intense afternoon sun.
