The Cross Harbour proposed mixed-use development in London's Docklands aims to create a vibrant and dynamic urban space that harmonizes residential, commercial, and leisure activities.

Spanning a 2.74-hectare site, the project includes 972 apartments, 26,500 square meters of office space, 4,800 square meters dedicated to shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as an 180-bed hotel.

This development is strategically located near Canary Wharf, just a five-minute journey on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), enhancing its accessibility and appeal. The design emphasizes the integration of diverse functions, ensuring a balanced and sustainable urban environment.
