The project site is strategically positioned in the southern part of Amsterdam, aligning with the Berlage master plan's southern expansion. This location places it directly opposite major landmarks such as the World Trade Center and ABN Amro headquarters, effectively making it a central node in a burgeoning business and residential district.

 

The site is bordered by Minervaplein on the east, Mahlerlaan Boulevard to the south, and a diagonal pedestrian road to the north, which not only facilitates public access but also integrates the site into the larger urban fabric.
