The Royal Mosa Development, situated on an 8-hectare site at the edge of Maastricht's city center, offers a transformative vision for one of the Netherlands' oldest ceramic industries.

Bordered by the railway to the west, low residential areas to the east, and an elevated road to the north, the site serves as a gateway to the city for rail travelers. With the local planners' initiative to shift land use from industrial to mixed residential and workspaces, an urban design concept has been crafted to seamlessly integrate the development with the existing urban fabric.

The goal is to enhance connectivity and provide a dynamic, fluid experience for residents and visitors alike, ensuring vibrant, pedestrian-friendly public spaces alongside active urban streets and convenient vehicular access.
