Outline

The redevelopment of the Quebec Way site is a visionary urban renewal project aimed at transforming a key area in Southwark.

Covering an impressive site area of 21,950 m², the project will feature a total building area of 120,084 m², including 87,500 m² of residential space, 10,200 m² dedicated to office and retail use, and a substantial 22,000 m² for parking facilities.

The design emphasizes a strategic blend of residential, commercial, and green spaces, creating a vibrant and sustainable community hub that anchors the intersection between Canada Water, Russia Dock Woodlands, and Greenland Dock.

This project is poised to provide significant employment opportunities and contribute positively to the local economy.
